FAQ for couples looking for an Austria wedding videographer

Helpful information for your wedding film

In addition, planning a wedding in Austria or anywhere in Europe naturally comes with a lot of questions about video coverage, prices and travel. As an Austria wedding videographer, I have collected the most common questions from couples here so you can quickly see how I work, what my film packages include and what you can expect before, during and after your wedding day.

  • What are the basic services we can book?

I offer different packages and several add‑ons, which you can find in detail in the Packages menu. I am flexible and happy to adjust the coverage and price to fit your plans and budget. You can send me an email, fill out the contact form or we can have a quick phone or video call – whatever is more convenient for you.

  • What costs can we expect for a wedding film?

Every wedding is different. However, to give you an idea: my 8-hour package is 1,790 EUR (2025 price list). For an exact quote tailored to your plans, simply send me a few details about your day. This way, I can provide a customized offer.

  • When is the best time to request / book?

My bookings work on a first come, first served basis. However, I receive many enquiries throughout the year. Summer weekends are often booked 1–2 years in advance. Therefore, if you have a fixed date, reach out as soon as possible. Additionally, dates are pencilled in by order of enquiry. Still, the date is only secured when the contract is signed and the deposit is paid.

  • Do we have to pay a deposit?

Yes, the last step of the booking process is a deposit of €150. In some cases – for example last‑minute bookings or certain video + photo bundles – the deposit might not be required, but most of the time I do ask for it.

  • Do you travel abroad?

Yes. Mainly work in Europe, but I am happy to travel anywhere. I love discovering new places and cultures and meeting new people. A lot of experience with weddings in Ireland, Austria, Portugal, England, France, Italy and other countries as well – contact me for more details.
